• A 50- 55 minute session is $130 by check or credit card or $120 cash.
• Full payment for service is due before or immediately following your session.
• If we agree that a marital, pre-marital or family session needs to be extended, then I charge $30 per 15 minutes, beyond the first 60 minutes. 

I do not bill insurance for you, but if you wish to use your insurance, mental health fees may be fully or partially reimbursable to you - depending on your specific provider and plan. If you have a PPO, your insurance carrier will typically reimburse to you a majority of my fees. When you are considering whether or not to use your health insurance, please be aware that coverage varies by plan and that it is important to contact your provider to verify coverage. 

When doing so, please be sure to ask the following: 

• Do I have mental health benefits? Does this include outpatient mental health services?
• What percentage of cost is covered for out-of- network providers?
• How many sessions are authorized per year?
• Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

If you determine that your insurance company will reimburse you, I will  provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of some portion of the fees paid.

If you are unable to make our scheduled appointment, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged in full for cancellations without 24-hours advance notice.
